We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule service appointments due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather conditions, emergencies, or equipment failures. If materials are provided by the customer rather than by Xolvarynuthorel, we are not responsible for returns or refunds of customer-provided materials. Any issues with customer-provided materials should be addressed with the original supplier or manufacturer.

If changes to the service scope are requested during the service performance, additional charges may apply. We will discuss any additional costs with you before proceeding with the changes. If you do not approve the additional charges, we will complete the originally agreed-upon service scope.
